What should I do to pursue English or psychology (Hons.) after completing class 12th with commerce stream?
I don't want to continue ith commerce stream.

According to me, you can consider psychology as your career option. If you want to improve your English, then you can join British Council.
You can consider the below mentioned universities:
1. Delhi University.
2. Amity University.
3. University of Madras.
4. University of Calcutta.
5. Banaras Hindu University.
