What should I do to pursue MS in computers from Canada? I have scored 74.49% in BCA and want to enroll myself in the fall session of 2017.

Hi Neha, To pursue MS in Canada you need to be holding a four-year Bachelors degree. MS in computer science is also a very tough programme to get into. I don't think you are eligible to apply to the highly ranked universities with a BCA. You should visit some university websites and check the admission requirements. Look at universities in Australia, New Zealand, UK, etc. too. P.S- I hope nobody copy pastes and edit my answers as I am doing a lot of research in trying to help students.

There are 2 types of Masters in Canada- Course based and research based. Which university have you completed your Bachelors from? How many backlogs do you have? Extracurricular activities also help. Then, GRE also adds up to your profile. But keep in mind, what the employer in Canada is looking for. Canada job market requires skill education. If you are looking for long-term settlement in Canada, go for Post-graduation certificates or diplomas in your related field. Like cloud computing and network security, if you have interest in animation that can also. Please let me know what are your long term goals in Canada?
