What should I do to pursue Ph.D from USA? I completed my graduation from Delhi University with 78% in chemistry and got 79.8% in 12th.

Good morning, It is a brilliant idea if you want to get a Doctorate degree but I would rather suggest you to go to India School of Business for the same than going to US. The opportunities here are ample then why travel abroad for the same. Thanks and all the best.
