What should I do to pursue Ph.D in environmental science?

I've done M.Sc in environmental science and have 10-years of experience in Andhra Pradesh Pollution control board as an analyst.

As you mentioned that you have done M.Sc in environmental Science, you can go for Ph.D. too. You should score minimum aggregate score of 55%.
