You are eligible for Ph.D post your completing MCA as the basic requirement for Ph.D is to have a Master's degree in the relevant subject. The most common and well reputed Universities for Ph.D in computer science are:
Delhi University,Anna University,Jamia Milia Islamia University and Jawaharl
