You must join basic english course so that you learn simple English. Once you have started understanding basic English start watching English News channels, reading English newspaper (read it aloud) so you get used to pronouncing the words. Seeing you question its like you know basic English. But joining a English course is also important they will teach you every basic grammar.
So after taking a English course. some hard work is also need from your side.
Talk with friends and family in English.
Read English story Books, Comic

You can start reading english news paper, watching english movies. You can also start doing conversation in english with your friends and family. You can join english speaking course so that you will be able to learn english grammer. Good Luck.
