Hi Jason,
As rightly said by Mr. Mathur, first complete your 12th and after completing it you can start with your graduation in Mass Comm / Media.
Mass Comm / Media is a very broad term and has various domains such as Journalism, Advertising, PR, Film and T.V. etc. As it will be difficult for me

I suggest you complete your XIIth and then take admission with Mass Communication subject in the college. Delhi University is one of the reputed ones for this course.
