For Bachelor's degree, you need to have passed class 12th from a recognized board. It is a three-year undergraduate degree with a focus on qualitative and quantitative aspects of economics. The courses of study include microeconomics and macroeconomics, econometrics, statistics, history of economics, political economy etc. In some universities, students are given the opportunity to choose a specialization, but this is rare.
