A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a good credit average (depends upon the university) and at least above 6.5 IELTS score.

In these type of universities fees is around AUD 30,000 - 50,000.
You can take abroad studying international loans from Indian banks.
If you stay and do job in Australia you will be able to clear the loan amount in less than 2 years.
