After completing class 12th, you need to fill up the forms for entrance or admissions to the university which provides law degree. Here are some:
    National Law University
    Indraprastha University
    Chaudhary Charan Singh University
Government Law College Mumbai etc. NLU, IPU etc. They take entrance. The other universities release their cut off lists. So, you need to comply with the procedure of the university you wish to apply into
Also, what you can do is you can first complete your graduation and then apply for law which would be a three year span degree. Otherwise it will be five year one.

Candidates after completing 10+2 can opt for BA LLB course. The course will be for duration of five years
There are a number of entrance exams for getting admission to the LLB course. Some of the popular entrance exams are:
    Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
    Law School Admission TestIndia (ISAT)
Some universities have their own entrance test which also helps for their scholarship. Applicants should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 pass. Candidates should have passed that exam with more than 50% marks.
