What should I do to update my picture in the NET exam form as per NTA requirements?

My net form upload photo. I submitted my NET form on 21st March'19 but got a message on 19th April'19 from NTA that my uploaded photo did not meet the requirements.

It is strange to see that they have not updated you about photo requirements at the time of form submission. Now, you should see if there is an option to update the photo on their website.

I would suggest you please login on the page and follow the instructions provided for uploading the photo or just go through the mail once again and see if they have provided any link to upload the photo in the desired format.
