Exactly but there is a section in Welingkar form asking for CET application form number. As replied above we need to fill the details regarding entrance exam ids and scores as we get in them later.

Currently leave it blank and proceed with the form filling and send the filled application. You can edit your form later when you get your scores and update the same in the form.
