IELTS Listening section is for 40 minutes (30 min + 10 min)
Four recordings (two conversational, two monologues).
40 questions total.
You hear each recording once.
Question types: multiple choice, matching, labeling diagrams, short answers, form completion.
Timing: roughly 30 minutes listening + 10 minutes to transfer your answers to the answer sheet.

Please check the Reporting Time on your email. You should reach the centre 30 minutes early. Once the main GATE is closed, the security will not allow anyone to enter. You will lose your exam fee. So please check traffic and plan properly.
You must bring your Original Passport. This is mandatory. Please check that the passport number is same as what you used during registration. If you bring a photocopy or just a photo in mobile, you will not be allowed to sit for the exam. No other ID card like license or Aadhar is accepted.

- Click "Submit" to see your Band Scores.

Computer-Delivered IELTS: This is the fastest way. You will get your result in just 2 to 5 days after the test date.
Paper-Based IELTS: This takes longer. Your result is declared exactly 13 days after your written test.
IELTS One Skill Retake: If you retake just one subject, you will get the new score in 3 to 5 days.
