What should I fill in the class 10th score of my NUS application form? If I leave it blank, the application will not be accepted.

My high school score will be out in May and the application closing date is 31st of March.

Hi, You may add your 11th grade scores here as it specifies the recent scores. Take a look here, if you are applying through the same portal: http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/international/admissionreq/others.html
