While IRMA (www.irma.ac.in) was largely started with the objective of creating managers for the cooperative space (and as an extension for the rural development space), most students from IRMA are now joining rural management/marketing positions in corporates. Hi, that really depends on what you are looking for. While IRMA was largely started with the objective of creating managers for the cooperative space as most students from IRMA are now joining rural management or marketing positions in corporates. Given that applicants come through CAT or XAT or GMAT it is becoming more and more like a regular MBA institute. Plus it's a 2 year programme (more suitable for freshers) and is reasonably expensive (more than Rs. 11 lakhs).
