What should I go for MBA or Ph.D. (ARS- Agriculture Research Scientist)?

I'm presently doing M.Sc in agriculture extension, I'm not getting what to do next either Ph.D. or MBA.

    Look at your area of interests. It completely depends on you. Talking about IRMA if you are looking for the rural segment, then IRMA can be suggested.
