I am an asst. teacher in a govt. primary school. I am graduate with English hons. Now I am confused whether I should join B.Ed. or JBT. If I go for B.Ed., then would it be useful and valid in my case. what to do? please help...

As you are already a PRT then there is no use of doing any kind of diploma course again. You can go for B.ed. in distance mode because you are a govt. Teacher. B.ed. is of two year in distance mode. So go for that. Along with you can also pursue PG in english.
