What should I opt among MCA and MBA?

I have completed my graduation in BSc (IT) with a good score. I want to pursue a Masters degree.

Both degrees are good in either ways.
MBA would be more focused on the management perspective, business scenarios, etc.
Whereas MCA is more of a technical degree. You'll be learning more about programming and related topics in detail.
So, you can first browse the syllabus of both degrees and choose according to your interest of subjects.
From job perspective, MCA could have a better edge over MBA-I.T.

MCA is more technical and Mba is more managerial. Go for Mba in Systems where you can get mix of both and jst 2 year course as against Mca which is 3 yr program. Mba is more widely accepted and Gud placement being offered by IT giants.
