First of all, you should be your interest oriented, but if you are not sure then see that which branch of which college is has better placement scenario, then select and you will find that placement scenario of CS of MANIT is better than chemical of Trichy or Warangal.

NIT Trichy is the best NIT among all NITs. It is the best in terms of infrastructure, academics and placements. Also, NIT Trichy provides best placements for CS.

Follow your heart because what matters is the branch you will be in. As branch will remain with you for life but college will remain till only 4 years. So, if you are not getting what to do, then I will suggest you to go for CSE at MNIT Bhopal as placement statistics of CS at MNIT as better as compared to chemical engineering at NIT trichy or warngal.
and yes will also have one option of branch change if you get into NIT trichy or Warangal
Ball is in your court now
    All the best.
