For good job prospects, you can go for MSc in Bioinformatics or MSc in Biotechnology. These degrees are more job oriented than classical zoology.

Some good colleges for pursuing these courses are suggested below:

    • Jawaharlal Nehru University
    • Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology
    • University of Hyderabad
    • Banaras Hindu University

Since you are passionate about microbiology and biotechnology, it would be an excellent decision to go for an M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Bioinformatics. These have good career prospects in pharmaceuticals, research and development labs, health care, and biotech firms.
