In my knowledge, UAE doesn't provide any PR for foreigner, so simple rule, if you have a job there, you can stay there, if you haven't, come back and Dubai is the construction hub of Asia, so if you are attached with some construction related study you can get jobs, so it is better to choose MBA cou
