If you are going for MBA, you can opt for operations and management. Manufacturing and supply chain industries need such managers. You will be required to optimize the current process of the company to maximize profit and minimize the resource utilization.

You can opt for M.Tech in mechatronics, automobile, robotics or mechanical if you want to continue in the technical filed else opt for MBA for the managerial roles. Distance M.Tech or MBA while working can also be a good option.
