What should I pick for further education to accelerate my career?
I'm a B.Tech IT graduate with 10 years of work experience. I've not given any entrance exams.

It depends on your career interest. If you are interested in continuing on the technical side then you may look at doing masters from abroad and get into a technical architect role. And if you want to take a management role, then go for a 1year MBA from any reputed management college i

A master degree in IT or Business Administration will certainly help you. if you want to take managerial roles, go for executive or regular MBA.
