Thanks for asking.
Actually, it depends on your choice & interests.
If you want a Job right now, then prepare for IBPS PO Bank Exam.
If you can qualify it, you will get job soon.
But if you have time of 2 years, then go for MBA & then attempt IBPS PO Exam.
A good MBA Program helps you to have a good understanding of Finance, marketing, HR operations, Economy, International Business, Coast Management etc.
It will also help you to develop communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills etc.

In order to have wider career choices, you may opt for MBA and try for IBPS PO in second year of MBA degree. You can target private sector banks after MBA in addition to public sector banks.
