    Hello dear,
I'm impressed by seeing your interest and your caliber about future. Firstly, if you want to get good job status and profile, then you should go with MBA after B.Com because it will add your salary and help in providing you better job opportunities.
For getting good job in banking sector, you should pursue MBA in finance and insurance field.
Thank you and all the best.

    Hi Reetika,
You can choose PGDBF (Banking finance) offered by Baroda Bank, Canara Bank and ICICI Bank. After appearing for entrance exam and interview, the bank will select you and send you to Manipul University for PGDBF.

You can consider the below mentioned programs:
    1. MBA (Finance, international business, marketing and insurance).
    2. CFA certification.
    3. Public policy.
