What should I pursue after B.E? Should I go for M.Tech or MBA or short term courses? I am a final year mechanical engineering student.

MBA will lead you to management positions in a company whereas M.Tech will lead to mainly research and education. Short term courses are anyway possible with both at any point so first complete your masters as per your interest.
