You will able to get job in automobile industry by your qualification of BTech Mechanical. MTech will help you to get jobs in niche areas such as design and development.

After completing your B.E. In mechanical engineering you should prepare for GATE exam and clear M.Tech for more salary also you can do part-time job with your studies.

BE in mechanical engineering is eligible for getting a job in automobile engineering. The private sector doesn't need more qualified personnel. However, if you want to become an expert in that particular field then, of course, you can choose M.Tech.

If you have interest in research field and want to learn your stream in more depth then only go for M.Tech. To get fetch a good job clear your basics and apply to some platform like AMCAT or cocubes. If you really expect something good in your life you can appear in GATE exam also.
