After completing your graduation, you should follow your passion.
If you are interested in government jobs, then start preparation for that.
You can apply for competitive exams like IBPS PO, SSC CGL, UPSC Exams, etc.
If you want to go for further studies, then you can pursue M.A, MBA, LLB, etc.

You need to check your interest, passion and calibre. Accordingly, you can choose a field.

Journalism
Foreign language
Psychology
Travel and tourism

Dear,
MBA programme can be done after completing UG in any stream, you need to appear for MAT or CAT and apply in the top B-School as per their eligibility and admission process.
