After completing B.Sc in electronics, you can do the below mentioned courses:
1. MCA.
2. M.Sc in electronics.
3. MBA.

To get admission in a top B-school (including IIMs), you should prepare for CAT exam.

You can opt for MS in abroad. For better exposure, you can also pursue MBA, if you are interested in marketing field.
