    The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. Would be a better option However if you want to move into general management side then MBA would be better.

    Hi
    I would recommend you to go for M.Sc. In biotechnology above B.Sc. Bio as after doing B.Sc. Bio you end up in traditional career paths. MBA is also good but if you do it from Iims. The career and packages are definitely good. But choose your interest, you should follow your passion, both the courses are very different and have totally different lifestyles. You definitely are very confused, so write down your priorities on a paper like job profile, money, lifestyle goals etc. And then decide. Take help from a counselor if need be.

    The first point is that your point of interest towards subject ! If you are interested in pursuing career in Biotechnology, you can apply for M.Sc. In Biotechnology !
