What should I pursue along with or after M.Com to get better pay-rolled jobs?

If you get a good job, after M.Com, proceed with that.
Otherwise, do an MBA in a reputed college and get placed. If you think that's a time taking process, prepare and apply for bank related jobs.

Top colleges have top placement opportunities.
But, wherever you go, placements depends on your efforts and hardwok.
