Both are same. but syllabus of PGDM is a little modern. you can pursue MBA or PGDM whatever college is providing.

Both are equivalent and PGDM has nowadays modern syllabus and learning facility. All the IIMs , FMS Delhi, IMI delhi, IMT ghaziabad, Spjain, MICA, IIFT, Jbims, ISB, Xlri, Kj Somaiaya, Sydenham are top tier coll.
