What should I pursue in future? I am pursuing B.E(IT), my aggregate score is 85.05% but my GATE marks is 8.79.

Prepare for GATE with your job if you are not dropping. Focus on those subjects which is your strongest during your BTech. Solve the last ten year papers to get an idea of areas from where maximum questions asked.
Also focus on math and aptitude it will help to get good rank
