Post graduation can be pursued through distance education as well. This includes the much demanded MBA.

Determine your core skills and what you're known for.
Also, consider what your personal goals are. Consider if this new career will get you where you want to be personally and if it will pay you to do the things you want to do.
Lastly, it's never too late. Enjoy learning new things. Hope this help
