What should I pursue to become a professional chef: hospitality management or culinary arts?

Hi,
To become a chef you must have a professional culinary training. To start your career as a chef you must complete your class 10th to join the Diploma course in food craft. In order to opt for a degree course in culinary arts one must complete 10+2 in any stream.

You need to go to a culinary school which is usually of 3 years in the UK, perhaps 4 years in the USA. The courses start with the first year of learning basic techniques which you pass with an exam.

Go for culinary arts which is an advanced course for a student who wants to become a chef in future.

You should go for culinary chef or any other chef courses offered by hotel management institutions. You can open your own restaurant if you excel in being a chef.
