What should I pursue to become a top software engineer? Bca at a good college or BE in CS at a bad college?

I got 90% in boards and getting 22,000 rank in KCET.I want to be an entrepreneur one day.Also will the branch exactly matter, as long as I get a good college?Would I be able to change after first year?

Best college with a good platform and exposure can do wonders for your career. You should follow a stream of your interest so that you can give your best.Log in to good colleges like THAPAR, LPU, SV etc
