I would suggest you to pursue MCA after BCA as it is an excellent course with good job opportunities.

BCA degree can get you only entry level lower end jobs in IT industry. In order to have meaningful career in IT industry, you are advised to do MCA which is the best accepted degree after B.Tech CS or IT in Indian IT industry.
