There are a number of courses in the form of postgraduate degree programs and diploma courses in core engineering or related subject.
    1. M.Tech Degree.
    2. MBA Degree.
    3. Short-Term & Diploma Courses.
    4. Study Abroad It is also a very good option to study abroad and to get global exposure.

    Hello Dinesh,
To wrap it up, after completing engineering (B.E /B.Tech), here's how limited 3 options I've considered:
Take the GRE exam and apply for a Masters in Science (MS) degree. Join a good MBA college in India.
Take the GATE exam and apply for a Masters in Technology (M.Tech) degree.
You can also apply for industries and earn experiences and qualities that you might going to need for building your personality.

We need detailed information on your course of B.Tech and scoring.
As per my decision work in small companies for free or as you gain experience, study M.Tech with good communication skills.
