    First Join an IT Company Work for 5-8 Years Then You Can be at a Managerial Position And MBA is An Added advantage

    If you are planning to study IT in Germany, you should go for an MS course in computer science or IT. I am assuming that you've already done your graduation. If not, then you can go for a Bachelor course in the above mentioned streams. However, you will still need a work for at least 2-3 years in a reputed IT company before you become a manager.
