What should I study further? I have done MA in English and full-time MBA in HR.
Also, I have 7-years of work exp and wish to enhance my learning to add value to my resume and to get better jobs?

Due to lack of clarity on what is the kind of exposure you have in HR it will be difficult to share advice.
However, you could pursue PhD in HR / English or seek special certification as a host of area in HR/training/analytics.

It's good to read that you have exposure in specific areas of HR. Keeping in mind your interest areas in HR you need to decide which area you would like to build as a career.
It could be OD / training / operations / TA /others. Say if you are keen on training then you could pursue a course that groo
