I am going to finish my 12th. I am interested in cinema and television industry. I didn't know what to study.

You can study acting, direction, film production, cinematography, script writing, sound, editing, etc.
You can look at the following options:
1. New York Film Academy
2. Vancouver Film School.
3. FTII Pune.
4. Institute of Creative Arts.
