According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT). Usually according to the norms of UGC this degree is of 4 years duration that means 8 semesters will be there.     You can study anything in 10+2, just be pass with minimum of 50% marks. Then choose BHMCT programme from a prestigious university like LPU ! And take electives of FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT which related to food production!
    If you want to have international career, you can choose credit transfer option too (LPU has tie-ups with various top universities)
