Hello Utsav, First of all I would like to congratulate you that you have chosen your career which will be going to bring a bread and butter for you for rest of your life. According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT). Usually according to the norms of UGC this degree is of 4 years duration that means 8 semesters will be there. Now the question arises from where does degree should have to be pursue, although the choice is totally in your hands and you should compare will try to pursue this degree from any of the school of hospitality and management. If you are native of North India I would like to suggest you for LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY JALANDHAR PUNJAB. They offer versatility in their courses of hospitality and catering technology. Multi storey word class kitchen infrastructure and lavishing hotel inside the campus for the daily practice of there students.
