You can study anything in 10+2, just be pass with minimum of 50% marks. Then choose BHMCT programme from a prestigious university like LPU ! And take electives of FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT which related to food production!
If you want to have international career, you can choose credit transfer option too (LPU has tie-ups with various top universities)
