    To be RJ, firstly, you have to work on yourself in terms of confidence, communication skills, attitude and knowledge. Command on Current affairs. And, be natural as much as you can, because Interaction will be on top priority in this field, and once you lose your confidence, you will be nowhere. Secondly, listening, yes it is must to listen other RJ's on radio to understand what kind of content they are taking for their show and how they are presenting it.     Hi Logeshwari, The necessary thing you need to have to become a radio jockey is that you should be able to engage people with your words for a long time. They should not feel bored when listening to you, as they will only hear your voice and won't be able to interact with you. It shouldnu2019t feel like a one-way communication. You should have an engaging voice too, that attracts people. The Second thing is that you should be at least a Graduate to become a Radio Jockey.
