What should I take among PCB oand PCM if I want to pursue biotechnology? I am pursuing class 12th.

I request you to not restrict yourself to biotechnology. I think you should take both bio and maths. But, clear bio/ maths with just passing marks. Private university like Amity provides an amazing course in B.Tech biotech but you should be very rich for that option. So my advice is you take PCM with biotechnology which might be more useful.

As you have interest in Bio-Technology its better to opt for Biology. This stream is a good combination of biological issues and technical solutions, so a better in-depth knowledge of biology will be helpful in tackling the issues.
