Hi,
In order to practice as a dentist in foreign countries the applicants are required to get themselves registered with the respective Dental council of those countries and clear the eligibility test.
The dental council in most of the countries conducts the qualifying exam for the foreign trained dentist, only if the candidates clears this test, they are allowed to practice.
