As you said that you are working in risk management field. I suggest you complete your FRM programme that will enhance your skills in a job and you will get great opportunities after that.

If you are working in risk and advisory profile, then you can pursue for MBA in finance which is related to your field and your experience and post graduation will help you in getting a good career option and further growth. MBA in finance will help you in your career growth.
