what should one do after doing a diploma in mech engg to get a good job in India? I have 4 yrs of experience as a technician in a shipyard.
which PG course would be best suited for me as i very much am into the field of engg but cant afford to quit my job now and go for full time PG.

Try to complete BE in regular or part time. Do some related utility courses like AUTOCADD, etc. Acquire good knowledge, skill and aptitude in your field before u go for an interview. U are sure to get a good job in India

First you should register yourself in any job suggesting portal e.g. timesjob.com etc. then go for distance education mode , may select B tech COURSE

B.Tech in mechanical is the only Option for a Diploma holders to make a good Career. So better try for B.Tech as Diploma holders get admission in Second year of B.Tech as a Lateral entry.

The best option would be to go for either full time BTEch where you will get entry into second year directly or to opt for correspondance BE courses.
