depends on ur interest,there r varied options available,masters i s the best option if u wish to continue,else,software field is the other demanded option these days.Also,various other courses related to ur stream may be availabe,those would be the best

Mtech is best option after Btech because Mtech is only way to continue your current field

It depends on your choice and needs !! I will suggest MBA for quick and handsome money package. Post graduation to be the master of the subject. And job for practical experience and application of your knowledge from B.Tech
