What shud i do to leave bsc it after 1st yr with 2 kt's because my colg is not giving me leaving certificate n 12th marksheet?

I have completed mr 1st year Bsc IT but failed in 2 subjects and now I am not intereseted in continuing Bsc IT and I want to pursue Bsc Animation but my colg is not giving me LC please help
